Hormone issues and problems affect so many people these days. Why are we feeling so bad? In North America we live extremely busy lives...stressful lives. We do not take the time to eat good wholesome foods. Instead, we turn to fast foods or foods we can quickly prepare; those foods containing additives and chemicals which play havoc with our internal balance. We often do not take time to exercise our bodies, nor do we allow ourselves time to re-charge.

Hormone imbalances often begin in the teenage years and affect us well into the menopausal years. We suffer from PMS, infertility, PCOS, hot flashes, insomnia and even cancer, just to mention a few symptoms.

We, at Stingray Hypnosis, believe that education is an important key to hormone health. We understand the issues related to hormone imbalances and it is our goal to share this information with our clients to help them to make positive lifestyle changes to improve their hormone health and over all wellbeing.

During a consultation we can determine steps to take control of these health issues. We always consider both the body and the mind in our recommendations. We have in place a very successful program to balance hormones through diet, exercise, supplementation and hypnosis. In this program we are able to properly support the physical body through exercise and diet, while relieving stress and anxiety through relaxation and hypnosis. We have the ability to support our clients in their journey to hormone wellness and help them to evaluate their hormone levels through saliva testing to ensure their program is working for them.
