Stingray Hypnosis

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis may be defined as an education, communication process to a person's mind that allows his or her conscious and subconscious mind to receive the same message.

The process produces an altered state of consciousness through physical and mental relaxation. The critical faculty of the mind is bypassed and the subconscious openly receives the communication.

At this time the senses are in a state of heightened awareness. The mind will only accept that which goes along with established morals and ethics. The person in the hypnotic trance will respond only to suggestions with which he or she is in agreement. Desire, belief and expectancy are necessary for this altered state to have effect in the outer behaviour of the individual.

Throughout life, both positive and negatives communications have been implanted in the memory. When certain situations stimulate the remembered communication, there are both physical and emotional reactions within the person. These spontaneous reactions can be enhanced, altered, relieved, and changed through the use of hypnotherapy.

Hypnosis has a direct influence upon the subconscious. With repeated use hypnosis will establish an inner peace of mind thus reducing or controlling pain, fear, panic and unwanted habits.
